Field and Network Level Interface Options
A building automation system is only as good as the human machine interface. Information on system performance including benchmarks and targets must be available to all stakeholders while at the same time the network must provide the ability to drill down into the performance of each service. Forensic analysis is essential for incremental performance improvement and fault diagnosis. HUB Automation interface options range from a single button capacitive touch switch with light-guided-film backlighting displaying system status to detailed axonometric image with performance and control tiles situated where services meet occupied space. ClimateHub modules can operate as stand alone controllers or integrate with a HUB BMS, BAS or BEMS system. We understand that building owners and system designers have a choice and that on occasion another brand of building automation system may be a good fit for a project, for this reason all HUB network level controllers have a built I gateway with a published integration guide. Hub controllers can be as simple as networked I/O including relay and analogue outputs or include a communication gateway for use with VRV/VRF, Chillers and modern package units. Indoor Air Quality
IAQHub can be configured to provide a range of features that target one or all of the indoor air quality metrics. Typically HUB products will be used to allow off the shelf air conditioning systems to approach the performance of custom built air handling units. IAQHub applications range from managing fresh air relative to shifts in ambient enthalpy, particulate matter density or even productivity. Air-wash modules allow conventional air handling units to provide high efficiency filtration, Bio-Wash modules prevent microbial growth on heat exchangers / condensate trays and fresh air processing units provide a small duct solution using high velocity technology for fresh air delivery. IAQHub is the perfect outside air control system for when system designers are mindful of wellness, productivity or energy conservation.
HUB Automation has a number of Intelligent building controllers that provide almost any conceivable solution to building automation applications. All modules can operate stand alone, include a web server for control by smart devices across a local network and a cloud service for remote control. All can be connected to the AutomationHub to form part of an intelligent building network. Outputs include digital, analogue, pulse, leading edge dimming and training edge dimming.
